Ms. Nadia Thonnard

I’ve spent years working with individuals and families as a Counsellor, Choice Theory practitioner, Mediator and Parenting Coordinator, helping people navigate conflict, change and difficult family transitions while staying connected to what matters most.

My work is grounded in Choice Theory and Reality Therapy and, over the years, this led me to develop the Behavioural Blueprint™, a practical way of helping people understand the ‘why’ and ‘how’ behind their behaviour and, importantly, recognise where they have choices.

Through Mediation Cape Town, I work with families around family and divorce mediation, parenting plans and parenting coordination. My focus is on finding practical, workable solutions that support the family beyond the immediate conflict and long after the paperwork is signed.
